Dr Euan Shearer

On the 18th August Dr Shearer the Director of Anaesthetics spoke at the Liverpool meeting of WLSinfo (Weight Loss Surgery Information and Support).

He gave an excellent presentation on the history of anaesthetics, and a useful insight into this skilled branch of medicine.

He talked about his extensive experience in bariatrics and helped ease pre-oppers anxieties about forthcoming procedures.

Many of the people present were current gravitas patients or people previously anaesthetised by Dr Shearer elsewhere. All expressed their great thanks and satisfaction with the care they had had from Gravitas. Dr Shearer was happy to stay behind after his talk when he answered several individual queries.
